Cancellation Policy

Clients may reschedule or cancel an appointment anytime up to 24 hours before the consultation. Clients who cancel their appointment within 24 hours of the consultation start time or fail to attend will be charged a $65 change cancellation and no-show fee. Appointments must be booked at least 3 days in advance. Naturalize Health reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments for any reason and at any time
